Consultation sur la politique de promotion des produits agroalimentaires
La Commission européenne a lancé le 8 mai une consultation publique sur la politique de promotion des produits agricoles et alimentaires de l'Union. L’objectif est d’évaluer la politique de l’UE en la matière depuis 2014.
Pour rappel, la politique européenne en la matière vise à renforcer la compétitivité et la consommation des produits européens au sein du marché intérieur et hors UE. Les mesures de promotion contribuent à sensibiliser les consommateurs aux mérites des produits et méthodes de productions européens, dont notamment les systèmes de qualité (Indications Géographiques et l’agriculture biologique).
La consultation est ouverte jusqu’au 11 septembre 2020.
