Le 24 mars, Apostolos Tzitzikostas, nouveau Président du Comité des Régions (CdR) a annoncé un plan d’action dans la lutte contre le Covid-19. Le plan inclut le lancement d’une plateforme d’échange, de coopération et de soutien mutuel entre les villes et les régions de l’Union européenne. Celle-ci devrait aussi pouvoir servir de base d’information concrète et régulière sur la situation et sur les pratiques adoptées.
